The entire Chupp’s team was great to work with on our purchase of a restored Steinway M piano! Tim was very responsive to my texts and calls! First, Timothy is very easy to work with and he actually takes the time to answer detailed questions. Second, pickup and delivery was simple. Third, the piano arrived in great shape and the craftsmanship is of a very high quality. Plus, tone, voicing, regulation, action, and so much more was spot on. Our piano tech said it was one of the better rebuilds he's seen. These guys do quality work. Glad we foud them. We'd be happy to use them again.
