Our dishwasher removal & install was a dangerous disaster! We worked with the division in Richmond, VA, and had an awful experience.The two techs who worked on our install proved to be reckless, dishonest, and incompetent. When the techs tried to remove the old dishwasher, they yanked on our hardwired unit, causing sparks to fly everywhere. They did not ask or seek to determine if it was hard-wired prior to their attempt to yank it out. I was concerned we might have a fire at that point.

Ras called and left me a message saying to be available from 12:30 to 4:30 on a Monday afternoon if there was any issues they left me a phone number to call. I waited around from 12:30 to 4:30 no one showed up no one called I called the number they provided and someone picked up the phone said hello and then immediately hung up when I told him I was looking for a status on my order I called a regional office they gave me a phone number for the Richmond office who was supposed to be handling my delivery I've called…
