We had them deliver a vehicle for us we dispatched through central dispatch, I have been waiting for about 6 hours now just to get a photo from this company of the vehicle for a legal issue the company hires somebody else to haul for them, when I called these guys none of them had any idea about it neither do they take responsibility for pickup/deliveries all they had to say was that this is between the broker and the driver we have nothing to do with that, all they had to say was we can email the driver to send…

Had them transport my mobile kitchen trailer across country. Absolute nightmare! Even though the equipment was strapped and bolted the driver drove so fast every piece of equipment was damaged beyond repair. They claimed that they take no responsibility for the contents, only the exterior. Don't ever use thus company, they don't care if they ruin your equipment at all and will just send you on a ghost chase with insurance and then deny the claim once they think you have been worn down.

Met a driver at a gas station. He was a huge jerk who loved swearing and yelling. Good to always know who doesn’t have much patience, isn’t a morning person, or maybe just isn’t a good person. I would recommend going with a competitor for all transportation services. I will keep this in mind throughout my future business endeavors.

Called about leasing truck on and was told by 2 different recruiters that rates for CDL loads was $2 -$2.48 a loaded mile. Got everything ready went up to There terminal 5 hrs from my home wasted 2 days and motel to be told after orientation that there was no loads over $2 a mile. And the also said all kinds of loads going south and only had 2 $1.45 and $1.85 with fuel over $5.00 per gallon you would go in the hole on a load. They have nothing but a bunch of lies to tell you to get you there.

They won’t pay! I hauled a camper to Idaho and on my way a guy fell asleep and hit me in the butt. He did a little damage to the back of the camper. I had the police report saying he fell asleep and hit me in the rear on a 4 lane. I had to lay up for 2 days getting a motel and waiting on them to tell me what to do. I did my part and hauled it to drop off but they won’t pay until they settle with insurance. It’s been over 2 years and they still won’t pay! CROOKS! Better find another place to haul!

You need to have your drivers take some type of courtesy driving classes. One of your drivers literally almost hit me because they were obviously late for something, he never even acknowledged that he almost hit me! A little confused when the sign on the truck said Indiana Transports with a Louisiana license plate. Whether they drive your truck or they own their own truck and just drive for you it's still your name on the side of the truck!

Where to start! There are only 2 positives: they pay almost immediately upon receiving delivery paperwork, lots of outgoing runs. The office staff and dispatching are filled with sales kids who will say anything to get you to take a run. …
