By far my worst experience with a company such as this to date, and I have moved very many times, globally. I hired them for both the packing and moving phases of a move, but had to fire them after they completely botched the packing phase. Their packers' gross negligence resulted in damage to my property. When I called this to their attention, both the packer they sent to remediate AND the so-called "owner" denied everything.
I've used City Hound twice because it's a good deal and they move quickly. This time, though, they proved completely unable to move my island - which City Hound movers had brought into my apartment - out and into my new place. They …
The move was fine, but in the height of a Covid surge, movers did not have masks to wear. The move was in locations with mask mandates.

I’ve used this company more than once with my moves, and my sister always uses them too! They are professional, very efficient, and appreciate the way they communicate on the day of moving. It poured rain the day we moved and they wrapped everything and took extra care that my things weren’t wet. I got lots of quotes and they were hands down the most affordable too.
