Clark's White Glove Delivery

I had to reorder a bed frame 3 times before it didn't arrive dirty and stained due to being unpacked and not properly protected in transit. A separate order of a concrete table arrived shattered and couldn't be unloaded from the truck due to it being in pieces. My experience has unfortunately been the opposite of "White Glove" service, as Clark's has delivered the disappointment and stress of having to deal with damage, stains and added wait time for replacement orders.

Their scheduling is absolutely terrible! My original delivery was supposed to be between 6-8. Not only did they run late, they ended up having to cancel and reschedule. When they did, I was supposed to be the first stop, but I was the last! When I say last, I mean they didn't show up until 12:30 AM! There was nothing white glove about it! They had to come back again to take the furniture out of the boxes and assemble.

I am not one to complain to often and I let a lot go but I ordered three items from Coleman, two came damaged. I have had a terrible time getting to fix the problem. I have been at this since May and I am still battling with Coleman/Clark and it is August. They refuse to repalce one of the damaged items even though they have acknowledge the damage. They tried to repair one of the items and were not sucessful but they really fought for me to keep it, finally agreed to do a replacement.

We had ordered a Saatva mattress with standard bed frame. It was delivered on time. The ability to track them made it extremely nice and to know their whereabouts and how far away they were. However, the white glove service included me stepping in to ensure the frane was set up properly. They originally had it set up wrong and even turned sideways, not knowing what was the head of the bed/frame was. The frame was set up to be unstable. Had they put the mattress on it, I doubt it would not have held it.

This company has dangerous and careless drivers. I’ve personally witnessed their driver on Orchard Lake Rd speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, and cutting people off. The size of their trucks paired with the behavior puts the public’s safety in jeopardy. If this is how they drive do not trust them with your white glove delivery.
