In their own words
Ward North American placed my items in storage at this facility while I found a home in Nashville after relocating from Oregon. The delivery team from here that brought the items to my home did not check the items off the inventory sheet as they unloaded and did not present me with paperwork until they were ready to leave. I should not have signed it until I had walked around the house and verified that every items was accounted for. As a result, at least one box of valuable items did not get delivered.
These people are con artists. They will give you an “estimate” that is lower than everyone else but you will pay way more. We got three quotes from moving companies and Class Pay’s was the cheapest and we went with them. They will tell you that you will get a some money back if your stuff weighs less than they estimate and ours did but after following up many times, we were given a bunch of acronyms as a reason for why we were not receiving any money back.
BLUF: If you are military and have Class Pays assigned to your move immediately call transportation and request another company. This company should not be moving military families. I have moved 6 times in my 12 years of active service …

I was very (VERY) stressed about our cross country move after hearing all the horror stories, and having people tell me to brace for the worst. However, my recent experience with Class Pays was anything but. Sandy was our move consultant, and we loved having her come out to do the estimate. She even came back out after we organized a little more/sold a few things to see exactly what would be included. They boys were all very respectful, efficient, and took great care of our belongings on both ends.
