The rating breakdown
Google shows 14 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 3 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

I live in NY and was helping my sister to reserve a moving company for her move from Ontario to Fontana in California. She is single and would be unable to move herself. We made an appointment with Clutch Movers for a Sunday at 1pm as he had no availability on Saturday or Sunday morning, which was fine with us. 1:30 came around and no movers to be seen. We called the office and Amir said he would find out what was going on with his movers and would call us back.
If you value your belongings DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Even worse the owner Amir is a liar and a fraud!!! He said we could take him to court but he "Always wins". Just avoid this company and save yourself the headache and stress!!! RESPONSE Yes I do have ALL the proof. I will gladly add it to my review if you'd like. Why over 2 years to get a response?!?!
Hello Leah, is there any evidence to verify this conversation with our rep Amir? Clutch Movers has never had any legal battles that have gone into court. Also did you ever submit any photos of damages or email to us directly?
This place is a scam. Have deals on groupon that they cash before you even make an appointment. Then when you call to schedule they say they need more money if you're using a groupon. Thank goodness for groupons good refund policy.
My apologies for any type of inconvenience. Groupon is not allowed and had no permission to advertise us or off discounts on our behalf. We have no association with Groupon at all. Please beware of scams such as this in the future and contact the merchant directly. Have a great day.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Big Mike and his cousin Lavel were awesome. Was on time and very professional and thorough. Packed and loaded everything carefully and unloaded everything with care. These guys are legit and highly recommended. Thanks!
Wonderful experience, fast and safe movers! Saved a ton of money, Clutch is the best in the biz!
Amir was wonderful to work with. He and Michael arrive very polite and ready to work. I lived on the second floor but that did not slow their pace. They consulted with me on items that they thought may get damaged in the move and advised me on how to protect them. I moved from Riverside to the High Desert. They completed the entire move in just under 5 hours. I would definitely use Clutch Movers again.
I emphatically recommend! Clutch movers is definitely who you want to call if you're looking for a professional moving service that respects your property and gets the job done with no complications! Quality help and affordable!
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
