This was an absolute nightmare for me and my family. If I could give 0 stars I would. First, we worked with Jake Thomas. He was totally nice up until we could NEVER get ahold of him again. Such a SCAM. We worked with about 5 different groups of guys, 5 different companies, which was NEVER explained to us. They got their deposit and RAN! My stuff arrived damaged, broken bed, smashed tv, etc. We paid over TWICE the amount they quoted us at which was insane. Never explained the process or how the move is calculated.
I Vividly recall you calling me with a accent mad at a moving company called Coastal yelling. I kept trying to tell you this is not Coastal that it's Coastal Quality and that we get calls about this company all the time. Here we are you … More
These guys were horrible! They dinged walls/ scraped brand new flooring/ and put holes in the weather strip on the door. They were rude when we asked them to slow down and do it right. They were done 45 minutes early so there was no need to rush and be sloppy!
You have the wrong company plain and simple we dont even have your name on our books. If we did that much damage to someone residence we should have been aware of it at that point. I needed someone to unload a cube, and this company gave the lowest quote. One man came; he was on time, and polite and respectful of me and my possessions. He worked fast, but carefully. I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate hire them again.
Jay and his crew were awesome! They moved us from Tampa to Colorado and everything flowed beautifully. Jay is very responsive and takes pride in living up to his promises. Highly recommended.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I just needed to start with that. I had an emergency move. I called and talked to Jay. He was so helpful, kind, patient and accommodating, in my stressful time of need. The two movers that promptly showed up to help my daughter move, were professional, kind and understanding to the situation at hand, they handled my daughters possessions with care and in a speedy manner as this needed to be done quickly. Their names were Michael and Sydney. Thanks guys!!!!
This family owned company was more professional than any of the brand named companies I have ever used before. They were also the most courteous. The owner’s son was part of the crew, but was unpretentious and willing to work in the dreadful Florida heat just as hard as everyone else. A special shout-out to him and his Uncle Randy. I have shared Jay’s number (the owner), with everyone. Thanks for such fast, efficient, timely and excellent service.
