As of 8/12/23- on 7/24/23 our complaint regarding the threat still had not been handled. This was supposed to have been forwarded on to the office the employee was assigned to. Sam at TierOne was supposed to have forwarded this issue as no matter how many times I bring it up it’s conveniently not a part of our file - still no response.

Nightmare experience. Team did not inventory my belongings when leaving my home, told me they would do it when unloading at the warehouse - of course that didn't get done. Multiple items damaged/terribly stained, destroyed in multiple pieces or just flat our missing. And to top it off customer support person Sam Hart has not gone non responsive. Terrible terrible company.
Regretful, to sum it up in one word. Bar none, the worst move in 20 years. The company is unresponsive, unprofessional, and incompetent. Took the day off of work to receive my shipment with an 8am to 5pm delivery window. Complete no show …

Terrible. Took nearly 3 weeks to get my stuff and was late (past their window). The moving coordinator dropped the ball. The packing crew showed up unannounced with no warning. The loading crew made me carry stuff and scuffed up the walls. My stuff sat in the warehouse for 10 days before the truck picked my stuff up. The moving coordinator was the most useless company representative I have ever worked with in any industry.

Not very happy with my high value items. My Grandfather clock has been destroyed. My other high valve items needed a lot of repairs that I am not satisfied with.

Laurie and Cynthia did an amazing job packing our household goods. They were organized, friendly, respectful, and very professional from beginning to end. They handled our belongings with care and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. They also made me and my family feel safe and comfortable throughout the move, which meant a lot to us. I really appreciated that they were great with our pets as well and made sure they were comfortable during the packing process.
