Most likely the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. Sent the following email to Mr. Adams, with no reply as of yet. Mr. Adams, I wanted to take a minute and give you some feedback on the experience we had with your moving service. First off, the booking process was great! Sierra was friendly and helpful, even when I had to change the date. She was very accommodating. Unfortunately, that’s the only praise I can offer.
DO NOT USE THIS ROADRUNNERS MOVING COMPANY. We booked them to move us from Enterprise to Dothan through Larry who, despite what he says, was told we had a lot of items to move, to include a heavy safe. Larry said they would come on 23 July and he would come out beforehand to assess the job. He never came. One truck (not large) showed up on Thursday with two movers. By Friday afternoon they estimated they had one more load to go but were going home and would return in the morning (Saturday). They never came.
I had used this company a few years ago and Larry and his crew were terrible. Someone went through our personal items and stole some valuable coins and other valuable items. Also, we had our wedding pictures damaged.This company is cheap …
Mr. Lebert, I'm sorry for the delay in the response. If you would have let me know shortly after the move, I could have tried to make sure that this was handled. Your review is over two years after the job.
They Will Take Advantage of You. They charge me $400 for the first 2 hours. They finish in an hour and 50 minutes. They then charged me an additional $300 for their drive back. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for deceitful pricing. The owner said nothing about paying for the ride back which is only 36 minutes from the end location of the move yet they are charging me 300 bucks to drive back. Please go anywhere else.

No very happy with the service we received today. Some furniture had scratches and the movers did not take the plastic wrap off of everything they wrapped. Was told it was 90.00 a hour and then presented me with a 125.00 a hour bill. Do not recommend!

Do Not Use this company! They moved me from a 2 bedroom apartment to my new home just 18 minutes away and it took them 7 1/2 hours and charged me $920.00. At some point they stoped and went through my stuff. They took items PS4 and games …

Highly recommend using their services! We had a last minute move request that we were not prepared for. The guys arrived on time, were courteous and friendly, worked fast without damaging anything and overall did a great job! No issues with communication prior or on the day of service. Mr. Larry has a great team!

I do recommend Road Runners Delivery Services for your next out of state move. Larry and his crew did what we agreed on and worked with us on getting our belongings moved on short notice. The movers were efficient, polite and worked carefully.

This company is very professional and punctual, I called and got a very fair quote to move a very large safe from across town to my home. I was notified when they were on the way to pick up safe and notified when they were on the way to deliver. It took maybe 30 minutes from truck to where i wanted it. The two guys were very polite and professional and took great care to not hit anything.You can not go wrong with Larry and his team with any kind of moving.AAA+++ All the way! Thank you Larry

Johnathon and Jonah were professional and awesome! They did not waste any time and they handled all of our belongings with care! They also packed everything very securely and when we got to our storage unit, I was worried everything wasn’t going to fit and they were able to organize it so that there was some room to spare! I would definitely use them again! Larry was also helpful and friendly!
