Extremely Disappointed in NEWHOPE ENTERPRISES,we would not recommend. NEWHOPE advised us that they operate as a transportation broker, subcontracting shipments to third-party carriers. In our experience, this resulted in a lack of accountability and quality control over the transportation and delivery of our equipment. After our equipment was picked up, a significant safety issue was identified, yet no one informed us. We only learned about it after the equipment had been delivered.
Lied about ETA 4 different times left me hanging here for 5.5 hours then showed up with incapable equipment. I specifically clarified they ordered a truck with a 40 foot trailer to fit the load - sends a 36' then has the audacity to ask me for a payment even though they can't complete the load. Would not recommend.
We sincerely apologize for the mistake. he has been coached on the issue, and we've taken steps to ensure it does not happen again. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to continue serving you.
Used some girl named Jennifer .. never use this person !!! I explained to this person numerous times vehicle can only be picked up between 9-3 , she scheduled it for pick up 3 times for 3 or later lol I can’t make this up .. worst experience ever , if u can’t understand English then stop doing business

These Compadres made the delivery look like full loaded Nachos came out of the Oven!!! They dropped off a vehicle in a day from picking up. Fast, excellent communication , and noble prices. They were both professional and very knowledgeable from picking up through Ritchie Brothers , Copart, ADESA…etc

Called about moving a truck from va to ky. He told me he would see if he could find a driver. Sebastian called me three days later and said he had a driver for Tuesday morning. So i signed the contract thinking i would get strung along like the last 2 transport companies had done. To my surprise Tuesday morning at 730am they had my truck loaded and on the way back to Ky, at which point I paid the deposit for the delivery. Tuesday at 2:30 pm my truck arrived at my house in unharmed condition.
