Rushed by management and items broken. Total mismanagement. The actual moving crew led by Allen was doing a great job, but once their boss Nathan showed up, everything changed. He began rushing the team, which directly resulted in multiple pieces of our furniture and belongings being damaged and broken. My son's queen sleigh bed was completely broken and he taped it with packing tape. Unsurprisingly, that didn't even fix it for a few hours.

The movers severely damaged our furniture and deeply scratched the new wood floors. They broke one of the legs to our entry table and didn’t say anything about it. When we went to move it, the leg nearly fell off just from lifting it up. We realized that they put the front of the table facing the wall to help support it because they knew that it was broken. We also have an heirloom dining set and asked the movers to be extra careful since the last time we used college hunks, they damaged it a little.

Run don't walk. Multiple things scratched and broken. They didn't follow directions. They don't finish in the time frame estimated and then the second day is"half price". It took 2 hours for my kitchen to be packed. 2 forks were wrapped with paper, and Tupperware was wrapped. Needless to say say I am not happy about the wasted time for packing. I notified the owner about property damage, and I was told they will discount the price. They have you give a review when paying.

Two people failed to mention the most outrageous part of your service after just 15 minutes, you start charging $35 for every additional 15 minutes. I was given a 10:30–12:30 window and had no idea I’d be billed for the entire time if it was used. I also listed out all items to the lady over the phone that would need picked up. This is ridiculous and completely misleading. We’ll never use your services again.

Horrible accountability, they broke my 2k refrigerator, scratched multiple walls, and damaged my wood floors. I submitted a claim and have not heard back (3 weeks). Please do not hire this company, they care little about your belongings.
