In their own words
AVOID MATTHEW & MOIS AT ALL COSTS! Our broker (Elevated Moving Experts) subcontracted our move to Matthew & Mois. At pickup they demanded an extra ~$2,000; after refusing and having no practical alternative (I was in NJ, had to return to TX for work), I negotiated it down to $1,300 and they loaded everything, promising a direct truck to TX with our shipment only. My wife was smart enough to place an Apple AirTag in our shipment prior to pickup.

My mother actually purchased this service to move from Texas to Phoenix. This company has lied to her, told her half truths & the way they do business is despicable. From the quoting process to delivery. I recommend getting a uhaul & moving yourself or you may not see your belongings while it sits in a warehouse for months while they wait to have enough stuff to load a truck to your location. I gave them one star because the men that showed up were very nice.

Slava and his crew were amazing! Arrived on time and packed everything within one hour! Super fast and super friendly! Highly recommend!
We had such a wonderful experience with this moving company! From the very beginning, the team made us feel comfortable and confident about our long-distance move. They truly work like one big family and treat their clients the same way. What impressed us the most was the quality of the packing. Everything was professionally wrapped and secured with great care. They used strong materials, protected every piece of furniture, and made sure even fragile items were safely packed.

10/10 Service, extremely communicative and expedient. If/when moving again, I will 100% be in contact with them for any future services
Thank you so much, Blake! ❤️ We truly appreciate your kind words and your trust in us. It was a pleasure helping you with your move, and we’re really happy to hear that you were satisfied with our service. We’ll be here for you anytime you need us in the future.
Nick and Igor were very professional and courteous while packing my items for my long haul move from California to Puerto Rico. Nick was especially patient as we figured out payment options for the 2nd deposit. Moving can be stressful and Nick was helpful to keep things calm which made it a smooth transaction. I appreciate knowing this family owned business will carefully store and ship my belongings with ease and care. Alex in the office was also especially helpful with answering questions.
Thank you so much, Mae, for your kind words and for trusting us with your long-distance move to Puerto Rico!
