I absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. For any reason. We had to store all of our belongings here due to being homeless because of circumstances beyond our control. EVERYTHING was in storage here. They told us they had security cameras and gate locks etc. We had four units. One climate controlled and three regular. We put the most valuable items in the climate controlled for obvious reasons. It was broken into. They stole over 20k worth of belongings/machinery, large furniture, etc.

The management team is always friendly, but I due to recent problems with the structure of their buildings I can't recommend them anymore. Several of their units have been leaking water, we noticed is was leaking back around March causing most of our items to mildew. They are not willing to help because we did not have insurance, even though it is a problem with their building. We just emptied our storage at the end of November, and they had still not fixed the damaged unit that we had reported several months ago.

Really glad I found Todd’s in Mansfield. Staff is incredible. Always prompt with contacting you with any changes or situations on the property. Brenda is always available if you have questions or an issue on property and handles them quickly. It’s nice to find a place that still has a small town feel.

Todd Self Storage offers great rates, excellent customer service and a very clean property. The management team was very helpful and professional. I didn't know which size unit I needed so the manager took me to look at the units. She was able to make suggestions based on what I was placing in the storage and I didn't feel pressured to rent a space larger than I needed. If you need to store a few boxes, store your extra vehicle or a place to park your RV, this is the place.
