In their own words
Our interaction with the moving crew was quite good. They were courteous and responded promptly to our requests. However, don't plan on receiving anything close to a fair claim evaluation for damage even if you provide multiple pictures and receipts. They will nickel/dime you down to the last penny and just refuse to pay for some items using every loophole real or imagined. I can't imagine this is a sustainable model, but in most cases, they have already collected the moving fees by the time you file any claims.
We sincerely apologize that you feel our claims settlement did not meet your expectations. Upon review, we compensated you fully for half of the claimed items, based on the provided proofs of value.
We had them move us and store us. They told us it would be one price and when they had our belongings they raised the price. Also when they delivered our belongings there were missing boxes. We made a claim and they said that when they brought the item in we should have check them on the list. I was checking off the boxes in-till one of the mover guys said he would .. we had many boxes missing !! Take it from me Don't us this company!!

Not recommended. Contract and quotes mean nothing. They were supposed to bring a large 52' truck to move two houses into one house... Brought only a 26' then wanted to double the quoted cost to get the second house.

My neighbors are moving, using your service, your movers have blocked my driveway all day, my mail wouldnt be delivered because of it. They dont seem to care.

Walter, Dave, Jeff, Bob, Harvey, TJ, Big Joe, Chad, and Jacob all did an impressive job helping our 12 person office move locations. They were efficient, professional, and friendly, and delivered our furniture and items carefully and without damage. Corrigan movers were wonderful they did everything they said they would do and then did even more. they were on time, worked very efficient yet were very careful not to damage anything. they even helped move items that were not going on the truck, from our basement to the upstairs saving us the work! I would not hesitate to use them again and I tell everyone who is looking for a moving company to call Corrigan.
Update 8/6/2026. I gave Corrigan the almost impossible task of moving 13 750lb hospital beds up 2 flights of stairs. Bob, the fantastic lead for the day, solved the problem of "how" within an hour of arriving! The movers killed it. Thank you to Bob, TJ, Joe, Chase, Dave, Ethan, & Brandon. And to the Michigan movers that came out to assist as well - Mickey, Rob, Rob, and a woman whom I did not catch her name! Update 7/17/26. We just used Corrigan again for a 2 day department move.
Our commercial moving crews are top notch, thank you for the recognition! Our crews will be so pleased to hear this. We hope you'll use Corrigan again for anything else you need in the future.
This past Monday I had the Toledo branch of the Corrigan moving company to move the contents of one of my companies offices to four of our other Ohio locations and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Throughout the whole planning process I worked with David Best and he was always more than willing to accommodate all the changes that I had to make on where and when each of the office items needed to be delivered.
