I do not recommend this place.if you have any choice to go anywhere else Do so!!! in the last 6 months.My rent is gone up four times ,now apparently i'm paying $90 for a 5×8 storage unit. every time I go there i've got staff driven by, hounding me, couple the gates have been wide opened all weekend long for anybody to drive rite in ,I've heard management talking about how some women attacked there over the weekend , full of weeds, they locked the dumpster so u can't use if need to .

Not happy with hidden fees. When calling around to different storage unit companies I asked what their rate and upfront cost for a rental was for a specific size unit. Mr. Storage was not the cheapest but it was the closest, by a half mile. Upon check out of rental the admin fee was then presented to me additionally. This bothered me as now the other company did disclose their fee. But what really upset me was then I was advised that I am mandated to purchase insurance also. Between the hidden admin fee and ins.

The facility is very clean, but my things were not protected. The police told me that the facility had someone break into 11 different units. One of those units belonged to me and my children. They took all of our shoes and clothes, and the company never called or emailed me about anything, and this happened Memorial weekend!

Nicole, I'm sorry to hear of your health issues. For legal reasons we are unable to accept changes to an account except by the legal tenant or any other legal representative of that tenant. We will however always accept payment on an account from anyone. That rarely happens though :P) .

The storage price is constantly increasing & there is no new amenities……..AT ALL I haven’t had a light in my unit in 6 years and the property pets let’s me know …

This was my first time leaving my car in a storage facility due to travel, and the experience was excellent from the very beginning. The service was amazing everything was fast, clear, and hassle-free. The lady who assisted me at this office was very kind, professional, and helpful. You can truly tell she enjoys what she does and genuinely cares about helping people. She made me feel comfortable and well guided throughout the entire process. I 100% recommend this place without any hesitation.

I have rented from several storage unit companies, and Mr. Storage was by far the best experience I have ever received. Sebastian went above and beyond to make sure that I felt important as a customer. I had a misunderstanding with the call center, which led me to be assigned to a new unit. All the changes were not made correctly in the computer, and Sebastian was able to get it all cleared up and set up correctly. His customer service is impeccable and I wish more companies had clones of him on staff.
