6/27/2021 had an appointment time of 10 to 11 today. Had to call them to find out when someone was coming. Dispatch never told the local guy that supposedly someone called in sick. So back and forth several times and got a time of 4 pm then can't get ahold of the crew that was suppose to come, 5:30, 6:30, 6:45 nothing. Canceled and would not try to use again. Had they told me this morning that they couldn't do it I might have had some luck with another company. If I could rank it lower than a 1 I would.
Not licensed or on the PUC. When they they bill you for deposit it is from Moving Stars in Texas. I brought this to their attention telling them I'm a disabled veteran and needed a licensed legit business to move us. I feel I deserve my deposit back on those grounds. I gave ample notice considering the market. They refused an easy $100 bucks I guess. Buyer beware!
This is not to be confused with Costa Mesa moving Co. Inc. This is a Ghost company. Contract with them and someone else shows up. Drag out their hours and changed workers 3 times during the load and unload. Did not reassemble or unwrap upon unload. Left a mess everyhere they went. Stay as far away as possible.
