The absolute best storage facility in Shreveport-Bossier because the manager, Erica Trippany, is outstanding! No one can compare to her in customer service. She is always willing to go the extra mile, from the first interaction to the last. She is professional, proactive and highly personable. She is willing to help, accommodate and work with you. You will find her to be respectful, appreciative and always a positive voice. I’ve never had a better experience than with her and her staff.
Excellent Customer Service, Clean Secure, and has everything needed for storing, packing and moving. Good pricing on storage, climate control and conventional spaces. Parking rentals, sells boxes and rents uhaul equipment. Highly recommended
Had my belongings there when I moved away tney wete very nice and kept me updated when we flooded years ago
