Worst exoetience EVER! Quoted me one price, and charged me a different price. Asked why, and said first was a "quote," even though guaranteed. Also, arrived at worst possible time, and said they slept in truck. Employees acted like I should ha r fed them or something. Furniture was scratched, but...they were long gone. Owners seemed so nice. Fooled me!!

Uncommunicative, unapologetic, rude, Mr. Cummings have an attitude, movers were not careful with belongings, was not honest to original quote Cons: Mr. Cummings arrive extremely early in his own black truck and just parked on the street in front of the house. He did NOT come and knock on the door and let us know the moving truck is coming. With the recent crimes in the neighborhood and being female I did not feel safe. None of the workers introduced themselves including Mr. Cummings.

I was really taken advantage of by this company last week. I used this company before to move me from my previous address to my new address and the price was $400. I hired this and company 3 years later last week to move the same amount of furniture. Mr. Cummings sent 2 older workers over 55 years old and they moved like slow motion turtles at $120 per hour taking my fee up to $1,100 which should have only been around the same 3-4 hour job at $400-$500. They took advantage of me being a female.

I wish I could this poor excuse for a company 0/5, the owner, Cummings has a HORRIBLE attitude, doesn't communicate and throws tantrums to accompany his lack of understanding of how to run a PROPER business. We were quoted one price one day and another the next day. After asking how does he accept payment, he responded "Zelle" is fine, but doesn't understand the concept of the transaction or how Zelle even works.

Horrific experience, I can’t believe the owner is dishonest. I called the owner to set an appointment a week before my move was expected to happen. I informed the owner that I would be relocating from my home to the amazing storage in Shreveport. This was stated in the initial conversation. The mover where unorganized and not able to proper stack my personal items. When we ready to transport my personal item I informed the worker (movers) on the location they were not informed before hand by the own.

NOT EVEN WORTHY OF A NEGATIVE RATING.....If you value your belongings "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY". Like other customers this company is absolutely horrible. The moved me out of state and placed our furniture in storage until our home was finished. We just moved into our home and I was literally in tears, as my furniture was ruined. There were major dings in bedroom furniture, credenzas had deep scrapes its as if they just threw the boxes into storage.

Made arrangements with this company about 8 days or so in advance as I was comparing prices with other companies. Decided this one was the better deal because I was given a flat rate and was told the move would take 3-4 hours max. Much to my chagrin the movers arrived an hour early (no big deal) with a contract that stated a total different rate and a surcharge that was not articulated during my initial call. The movers were good but took 5 hours and I ended up paying a lot more than stated.

Came late, no tools, my husband ended up helping. The owner was extremely rud. It took them 30 minutes to go to next neighborhood which is lest than 3 minutes away. It took them 5 hours to move a two bedroom apartment. My husband took pics and video of how they were slowly working and trying to prolong the process. We agreed to 3 hours max and that is all we paid. I've used this company in the past as a single woman and had no problems. I'm very disappointed, and do not recommend them.
