The guys who moved me first out of my home and into storage, and then out of storage and into new home did a great job. I have no issue with them, they all worked hard. HOWEVER, I have thought hard to find another time that I might have felt so ripped off and taken advantage of, most especially by an owner of a company. Jeff (owner) came to my home. This was not a phone estimate.
Undisclosed Fees, Misleading Pricing & Unprofessional Owner I will start with this- I have never written a bad review about a small business- I also own a business and know sometimes things happen. But this is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I would not recommend Curry Moving & Storage company based on my experience. We needed assistance with a few large pieces of furniture (couch, dining table, 2 beds & a dresser) to be loaded into a U-haul.
Curry Moving & Storage, Inc. has been in business for over 62 years. It is extremely rare to receive such a scathing review from a customer. In reference to the move for the Smith's household goods, we did not charge them additional labor time.
They break all your items Waterford crystal destroy a solid wood 45 year dinning room table crust all your clothes destroy clothing racks.Breck 2 computers lose all computers wires. Lose your items and leave you sofa and loveseat behind plus coffee and end tables. Destroy people's priceless memories. They need to be out of business. Diana Kelly Don't hire themever.
Working in our neighborhood and were partially blocking the road. Driver was indignant And refused to move the moving van back 6 inches to allow proper traffic flow. Very rude. And when the office was called they did nothing about it as if they didn’t care that their driver was not professional and not supportive of others in the community.
Hey Lisa, we are sorry this was an inconvenience for you but there was plenty of room in the street for traffic to flow. I witnessed multiple cars in front of you that went by easily. We never blocked the road to where cars cannot get by. Have a great day Lisa!
Are not big enough to service the demand in the area. Worker refused to give out any manager or owner contact information for a customer service issue. Called another company and they answered the phone and got my needs met asap. "2nd too …
This company no longer works with Atlas Van Lines. They still use the name and paperwork. These are frauds. It is run out of a storage facility and has no proper crew or equipment to handle anything close to professional. If the …
This is not true. We are an Atlas agent. We have everything that we need to do a professional job. From moving pianos to safes to a normal household. We did not even move Christian Drescher.

We cannot recommend Curry Moving and Storage highly enough! From start to finish, they made our moving experience smooth and stress-free. The moving quote that Kathy gave us was right on target. The three-man team was punctual, professional, and incredibly careful with all of our furniture, especially our antiques. Larry, Jessie, and Jason handled everything—from bulky furniture to fragile items—with the utmost care.

Unbelievable service. We cannot thank Larry enough for everything he and his team did for us. We moved from a second floor condo to a home and they were professional, properly equipped, tireless, polite and careful Craig & Chase did a huge portion of the heavy lifting and everything arrived in perfect condition. We just used Curry Moving and believe me, they are fantastic. A huge shoutout to our guys… Jessie, Paxton and Ed on doing a super job! They were so organized and efficient and got our things on the truck in a timely manner. They were so careful with our stuff. It made us feel good knowing our household items were in good hands. We highly recommend them if you ever need a moving company. By far, the best moving company we have used.
