Well I’ll start off by saying the (owner) who is responding to the negative reviews with an attitude is completely unprofessional and really needs a lesson in customer service. That being said I felt like my furniture was wrapped properly and packed perfectly but I do feel they over charge A LOT! And had a bunch of hidden fees but mostly disgusted with the personality of the owner “threatening to track IP addresses?” “threatening negative reviews with an attorney??” Ok send em my way :).
If I could give them less than one star I would. There were several miscommunications and Veronica handled it poorly. She accused me of lying and provided very poor customer service. The fees they charge are outrageous and the amount of time it took them to pack was intolerable. They also seemed very inexperienced regarding how to get pieces into and out of the homes. I should have known that when they arrived in a U-Haul and not their own moving truck, that it was going to be a disaster.
Ms. Culpepper, We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your move. We were not made aware that you were unhappy with the quoted amount even though we spoke with you multiple times over 3 weeks prior to your move.

This the second time Veronica and Cam have moved my belongings. Each time, they have used exceptional care and concern to transport my furniture, many pieces which are antique. They are courteous, careful of my budget, and amaze me with how quickly they wrap and load the truck. I'm so pleased with their level of communication and response. They came and worked full force until the job was done.
After struggling for 2 weeks to move, with the last planned move having to be canceled because of my u-haul driver pulling his shoulder out of socket, I contacted several moving companies, and CVEmpire were the only ones that contacted me back. Within a couple of days, they fit our move from NC to VA into their already packed schedule. Not to mention we had 2 houses to move out of and over 40 years of memories packed up.
CV Empire Moving Company were amazing! They were fast and efficient. They also keep you updated throughout the day as far as time goes. I couldn’t ask for better movers. Everything from the professionalism, their handy work, to the wrapping and un-wrapping, to dismounting and remounting of our television, to unhooking and reconnecting our washer and dryer. I couldn't be more pleased with CVEmpire. Veronica and Cam carefully wrapped my furniture as if it was their own. They completed the move within only a few hours. Everything arrived intact and they took the time to unwrap all of my furniture. There were no damages! I will use them again if/when I need to move again. I highly recommend CVEmpire to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy moving company with amazing customer service as well!
