This company was outsourced by a NJ company we hired for a long distance move from NJ to Charlotte. They are TERRIBLE. First off, the movers complained they only make $50 tip as we negotiated a tip amount due to the moving company up charging us $1K more than the contracted amount, soliciting us to give them more cash day of.

I had great experience with them . They showed on time. And working hard, fast, professionally. Long trip but delivery promised time. No damages or missing. We are so Happy with them
INCREDIBLE SERVICE @ VERY REASONABLE PRICE I used them for the inter-state moving. The quote I got from them was only about 60% of other moving companies. The all-in cost with CY Trans was actually cheaper than renting a 26' U-Haul truck when taking into account gas, insurance, hiring helpers at the origin/destination and hotel nights you have to spend on. The team who came to pick up at the origin was amazing and they carefully packed to my satisfaction and listened to my needs to the fullest.
This company was amazing! I talked and worked directly with the owner Mr Choi. He was very nice, professional, and responsive. The movers were on time, very friendly and responsible with our items. Very reasonably priced compared to many other companies and options I called. I moved from CA to TX and they picked up my furniture and items and Wednesday and delivered on Sunday! This is unheard of as most companies usually take about 2 weeks to deliver. Would definitely use them again. Couldn’t be happier.
Yesterday, while moving from LA to Northern California, I used Joyang Transport after getting a recommendation from an acquaintance. Since I didn't have much stuff, the owner went out of their way to schedule the move for the best possible price. Also, the moving date was slightly delayed due to housing issues, but they were so considerate that they offered to store my belongings for free for 30 days and told me to resolve the housing problem first.
