This is my 2nd time using this company. The first time was great, absolutely no complaints. This time around it was less than satisfactory. I paid 520$ for a half done job and a broken tv. I was told that i broke my own tv… like why in the world would I break my own tv. Totes etc were left. Maybe I should’ve checked behind them but working with them the first time around everything was so perfect i didn’t think i needed to.
Maam your job was flagged as scam likely for reason. You also made unprofessional sexual advances on one of my movers. We performed a perfect move where you tried to get money for a TV we know for a fact we checked and worked when we left.
I was really hoping for a great experience but it was the opposite. I only gave two stars because of the movers they were great people. However the owner on the other hand completely forgot about my move. Instead of him taking accountability and owning up to it he lied saying someone with my exact name had the same appointment time so there was a mix up. He wouldn’t even answer the phone.
Although we did NOT lie to you or to any customer… We absolutely hate to hear such an experience, I don’t believe your experience was a proper representation of our company and we will make sure that this is won’t be a con free rn for future customers.

DBD is definitely tech savy and has the most interactive things set up. Very professional. However, I'm not a tech person nor do I like texting and the owner called me at my request. Over the few weeks of communication everything happened as planned. The two men that came out followed my directions and were very friendly. They arrived on time and we pretty much finished on time. I had no issues. I will need help again and I'm almost certain if I need movers I will call them.

I can’t say enough good things about this moving company. I am new to this area and decided to hire movers to assist us moving from Kathleen to Bonaire and it was by far the best decision I’ve made. I looked them up online and read their reviews which were good I might add…. so I took a chance. Bryce was very helpful in the beginning of the process and the set-up was clear and so smooth.
