DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! So I used Titan back in 2023. They did okay with moving my furniture. However, there were only two young men(putting emphasis on "young") that did the move. Two days later, my daughter's bed(Queen sized)caved in. We lifted the mattress to find that the young guys placed all the slats on the bed but didn't put the screws back in as it was before they broke it down. So the slats all broke. I had to buy new wood. Plus, they took the bag of screws that they removed out of the bed.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! The manager is not a person with integrity. I booked them to move a few furniture pieces for me in mid September, and ended up not needing their services. They request 72 hours prior notice to cancel and are supposed to refund your deposit if you do so. I abided by this "rule", and even after a month of me requesting my deposit back several times, they still have not upheld their end of the bargain.

I used Titan Movers for a move about four weeks ago, and initially, I was impressed. The movers were quick and efficient, and I even tipped them for their service. However, after the move was done, I noticed that my TV was cracked. When I tried to file a report with the company, they conveniently began flagging my calls. Every time I dial their number, I'm greeted with a recording. When I attempt to call from a different number, surprise, someone picks up!

This is the absolute worse moving company to ever exist. They overcharge you and tear up your furniture and house. Whenever you try to speak with someone, absolutely know one is available. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit just to get my brand new house and furniture replaced. This is a terrible company, do not use!

I utilized this moving company two days ago for my move and for the amount of money spent this was the worst experience ever. My three movers arrived with a small Penske truck and started working at 10:01 a.m. I signed my documents and they got to work. The lead guy was truly customer friendly and truly was the only hard worker. I did not want to give a low review however, this company should be ashamed of themselves ! Initially the workers started moving boxes, and then started wrapping the furniture to load.

My experience was awful! The team disassembled my dining room table and never reassembled it. They claimed that they were unable to bring my beds upstairs. They also scratched my walls and tore down one of the blinds in my new town home. The mover didn't even try to put the blind back up. I had to get someone to put it back up for me and replace the plastic bracket. I tried to speak with the owner to see if we could resolve the matter and he never responds. Never again.

Worst moving company ever! Do not use them! Mover was wearing slides and fell through the ceiling of the garage landing on the garage door and ruined it where it wouldn’t even work. When you file a claim on their website all they do is send you around in circles and you never hear from them again!

We used Titan again and they got it done quickly and efficiently. Messed up my door frame but there making it right n sending someone to fix it. Great company highly recommend and very affordable I highly recommend Titan as they were very professional and brought 3 guys to get it done faster! Very respectful and got the job done quickly even in the rain..:: they wrapped n put blankets on everything which was awesome. Highly highly recommend

Titan did a great job with our move from Warner Robins to NC. We wanted a local company to handle our move and Titan delivered. Kelvin, Danny, & Mcgarrett did a great job packing packing and delivering our house hold goods. Titan provided great service, kept us informed (Thanks Jennifer!) and stored our goods while we were between houses. Plus they were much cheaper than quotes we received from a national carrier

I called seeking last minute help moving houses. I didn’t care about the quote and it was reasonable-I just needed help beating a deadline. The guys showed up next day, loaded my furniture in about 30 mins, wrapped for protection, and unloaded about 20 mins! I even asked for help putting my bed back together and moving a large counter. They were awesome, respectful and didn’t mind my dog checking them out! I’d use them again in a Heartbeat!
