Approximately one year ago, my storage unit at a facility touting 'SECURE LOCK' was breached. Despite the presence of cameras and a purported log of all individuals entering the premises, the management's response was inadequate. Upon being notified of the incident, they failed to initiate contact with me. Given the circumstances, it appears the perpetrator was either an insider or someone with a nearby storage unit.

I made a long distance reservation on a storage unit. I spoke with Jackee and I was totally impressed with her professionalism. Upon arriving at the facility I found out that everything she told me was exactly as she said and I couldn’t be happier. I wish every business had a manager as great as Jackee. I highly recommend this facility and Jackee.
Had only had unit 1 month. Told the employee in the off when I went in to pay on January 3rd 2026 that I would be moving out in 1 week. Instead of him probation my rent for the one week he charged me for a whole month. When I called them to let them know that I had moved out a day early and my lock was removed and unit was swept and cleaned better than I had received it. They asked if my love was removed, which I again told them yes, and asked then what I would be being charged for the 1 week rental.
It’s been a year since my first review and my 5 stars remain the same. I have been renting a suite for over a year now and have nothing but amazing things to say! I’ve always said Jackee is the best and I’m saying it again! Ever since she has taken responsibility of property manager, I always see a clean compound (or her actually picking up trash), a smiling face and clever, catchy sayings on the signs. You can tell she is very passionate and genuinely cares about what she does.
I’ve never rented nor bought a storage before, I ended up purchasing the wrong size of course. Fortunately for me Jackee was very helpful, professional and nice about adjusting my storage to the right one along with giving me a tour and showing me the ins and out of renting with the company. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
