I went to this place to day very very unprofessional the women works there kelsy was absolutely horrible would never take any blame and is very rude if you can't work in a professional manner then find another job this isn't going to be the only place I post this review either the bbb will also know

The staff stole my property and gave me the run around when trying to go through there bullshit insurance policy for reparations. They are theives.

I highly advise, and beg no one to ever deal with this storage facility, I had a storage unit here for at least four years and things were alright, for the first 3 years then all of a sudden they got new employees' that I did not know and that is when my nightmare began. I received a strange call from the business; stating that my storage unit did not contain a lock. then a second call followed claiming that I threw all my trash in a empty storage unit.

HORRIBLE! Outside of facility dirty most of the time because people move out and just leave their stuff outside. Staff barely ever available on site or answers the phone, not even the out of office manager number that’s posted on the door. Worst of all, they’ve been double charging me since May. Called customer service and Beth was AMAZING. Verified my payment issue but I still have not received a phone call from the facility.

I could never get the gate code to work to access the facilities. I drove there twice wasting my time, gas money and energy. I got very aggravated because I had to make multiple phone calls, left voice messages that no one ever returned plus emails trying to contact someone to get this problem resolved.
