This place has gone downhill the past year. Mike and and the woman he had in the office the past few years were great. Now there's all new faces, they are rude as hell and very unprofessional.
We’re sorry to hear this and appreciate the feedback. With new regulations and updates Mike had in place, there have been recent changes but this isn’t the experience we want for our customers. We’re taking steps to address this and improve moving forward. Thank you.

Reasonable pricing. Not available 24/7, but good access hours. Friendly staff. Last winter snow prevented clear access to motorhome, wasn't plowed. That would be a problem if planning winter travel.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Got me in and out quickly and answered all my questions. Would definitely use again.
I enjoy going over to my unit because the staff are awesome and conversation and help because they want to. Not because its there job because they care
Well kept office and grounds. Safe and secure. They do their best at keeping storage prices/rents low. Five days grace is a kind gesture as well.
