If I could give a zero, I would. They were agreed to pick up several items I had purchased on FB marketplace and deliver them to be in the Cleveland area. I emailed pictures and descriptions to the owners and asked if they would be able to safely deliver these heavy items of furniture. A day or so before the moving date, Paublo advised me that his job was to deliver the items and that if they did not fit on the building elevator, he was not responsible.
This is the most honest negative feedback I’ve ever read in my life, the problem is she’s not been honest at all. As she stated, we agreed on a flat rate to pick up several heavy items meant for big houses that included big dressers, big … More

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Rise and Shine Delivery Services. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with both my furniture and hardwood floors. They went above and beyond and even assembled my bed frame for me! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Hey Kelly, you and your mom were super nice and we are glad we was able to help. Thank you for such a great review. We will gladly help you whenever you may need us.
It's always a nice feeling when you reach out to a company and feel like they genuinely want to help and aren't just out to rip you off or take your money and run. I had a pile of garage clean out junk on my driveway that I needed hauled away and had called several companies just to get a quote - I either got a voice mail, had to go to a website to fill out a form, never heard back or was being charged gold bars for not a lot of junk.
Hey heather, your feedback is greatly appreciated. Your kind words are like fuel, they make our business keep running on the right direction. We are super happy, just because you are happy! Thanks again…
I had contracted with what I thought was a large corporate junk removal company -- turns out that they were more of a dispatching service. Anyhoo, Pablo showed up and even though the corporate place did a poor job on bidding out the service - Pablo was excellent!!! Did a great clean-out of the garage including hauling a piano and large elipitical machine away. Professional Courteous Punctual Honest
Hey Alison, I was not expecting your feedback. It truly took me by surprise and it sure brightened my day. I appreciate it, and I’m glad I was able to help.
I’ve used this company multiple times and they are absolutely outstanding. They’re extremely responsive, often offering same-day service, and their prices are very affordable. Every job is done quickly, carefully, and they always go above …
Hey Rosanna, your feedback is as valuable as your business to us. I truly appreciate you taking the time to review our work and I’m glad you are satisfied with our service.
