Put all of our house belongings into 2 temperature controlled storage units and they both flooded from a broken pipe in Dec 2022. Storage company accepted NO responsibility for this and just had a service clean up the mess in which even …
Worst business experience in years. Made a reservation, received a verification receipt, and drove my camper to the facility. Nobody there. The QR code on the gate wouldn't work due to sketchy cell reception. Finally got hold of someone by phone, and after two holds, was connected to someone who was genuine in their desire to help. We tried to do the applications from my cell phone.
My brother & I had storage with them for years and when I went to move out of my unit this past December I moved most of the items one weekend & left it unlocked because it’s a gated place and I figured it would be safe. A couple days later management called saying they noticed my unit was left unlocked and I said I’d be coming back for the rest of my belongings before the end of the month which I had paid for.
We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback.
Its open 24hrs. If you go up there at night you will be stalked or accused of trying to live there. No organizing. No working on anything.

I don’t have experience with other storage units Oberlin College adjacent- this was the first one I contacted and I’m glad I did! Tina is so kind and efficient- went out of her way to help me and my daughter. she clearly takes pride in her job and I have no doubt my daughter’s stuff is being stored securely. Thank you! This unit was very helpful while we listed our home and needed to store items. We had 2 showings and both made offers! We have moved into our new home now and was able to empty the unit. It was perfect for what we needed!
