THEYRE THIEVES!!! If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Not only was our estimate OVER a thousand dollars more they knowingly STOLE my step ladder after commenting on how much they liked it. They stole a smaller one too but I told them I really didn’t care about that one. Then they sent me pictures of it to prove it. The guys complained about having to move hung belongings from the closets and full drawers when the boss told us that’s the way they do it.

Ms. Pellacani was not my customer, she was the new owner of a home in which I was moving out the previous owner. When Ms. Pellacani arrived with what I assume was her mother she became irritated that we were not done and the house wasn't empty.

Thank you for the kind words about my team. I regret that you are unhappy but the fact is that we moved and stored much more (almost double) the amount of household goods than originally estimated. The scope of work changed thus the price did as well.
DO NOT USE THEM!! It was a terrible experience using them start to finish. Misrepresentation of costs and services and expensive furniture pieces were not packed properly and were considerably damaged.

Hi, this is Josh. Just to clarify—Wawa is a convenience store and gas station. Most Wawa locations have a designated parking lot with clearly marked parking spaces. These spots are free to use, and anyone stopping by is welcome to park in them. The reason I reported your vehicle is because it was parked directly in front of the gas station, not in a marked spot. That area is not meant for parking—it’s typically used for traffic flow or fire lanes.

I apologize that you were not completely satisfied with the move. Allow me to correct a few misunderstandings. First, You paid for a 4 man crew even though I had originally estimated a 5 man crew.

Joe took the time to answer all my questions and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. Communication was consistent and proactive, which immediately gave me confidence in the company. On moving day, the team was punctual, organized, and extremely careful with my belongings. They worked efficiently while still taking the time to protect furniture and fragile items.

Definitely recommend Delicato Movers! We moved from NJ to upstate NY. Joe’s excellent estimate was actually a few dollars more than the final price. James, Jerry and Desean were professional and courteous and didn’t stop until the job was done. They were very careful with the large pieces of furniture that had to be brought up a long set of stairs. They made the stress of moving hassle free and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Well done guys!

The team that came to our Home to move us out was fantastic. They were respectful, nice and treated all our furniture, boxes and belongings with great care. They even moved my large potted plants to the garage even though it wasn’t part of the original list. I hope we get the same team to move it all back to our new Home. We would highly recommend Delicato movers.!
