I waited three months to write this review to see if maybe I would feel better with time. In fact somehow it keeps getting worse. I’m sitting here in my guest room trying to assemble the bed here which Pink Zebra never put together during our move (they didn’t assemble any of the beds because they took so long doing everything else). And half the parts are missing and I have no idea where they are. I have spent the last three months looking for my belongings. I still don’t know where a lot of them are.
I called and set up an estimate with Pink Zebra. I got an email confirmation they were supposed to come to my home Friday June 13 at 4 pm. At 2 pm that day (multiple days after I called and made the appt), they sent me an email asking if I …

They communicate with you all the time, to keep you posted on your move (cost estimate, packing day, moving day, and final cost). The packers and movers were very friendly, thorough, and hard working. They work with you all the time they are with you. I felt like we had family helping us with the move.
