Horrible service from start to finish. Promises of confirmation that never materialized, leaving you wondering until 8:30 pm the night before whether the move would actually happen. They arrived 45 minutes late. They misjudged the truck's capacity, requiring two trips. They told us we could have left our clothes with the furniture, saying it took up too much space in the truck, even though we called twice for an email outlining the procedures and received nothing.
Hello, I do not recommend them. First, we were told we had a lot of stock, and they said everything would fit in the truck on the same day. Then we had to reschedule for the next day because not everything fit. Not to mention the complaints and comments from the workers. The next day was even worse. The truck wasn't even full, and they decided to close it and leave half the boxes and frames behind, saying, "Oh, they're in a hurry, so we closed the truck and won't open it again." I ordered a couch from JC Perreault who used this company for their delivery. My delivery time was scheduled from 14h30 - 17h30. I spoke with the driver 3 times during the course of the day who kept telling me that i was next and that he was on his way. At 20h30 the driver called me for a last time saying that he was not coming to deliver my couch in the end and that my delivery was rescheduled. Meanwhile i waited at home expecting a delivery that i was told was on its way only to have it rescheduled 3 days later.

A very bad experience. They broke a glass-topped table during transport. Despite having proof that it was intact at the point of origin and broken upon arrival, they never responded to my compensation request; they simply stopped replying to my emails. I tried sending a formal notice to their business address by registered mail, but the letter was returned due to delivery issues.

The service was mediocre. The movers arranged the furniture poorly, and not all of our pieces fit. They promised to pick up our sofa, but they NEVER went. I do not recommend them. Very disappointed, especially after giving them a generous tip. I suspect they've blocked our phone number.
