Zero stars for administration. (I only put one star because I was not able to post with zero stars) Never again. Called three times to confirm and go over details and extra charges. Asked and confirmed for one truck and they came with two trucks. Accepted surcharge of 250$ for taking out a piece of furniture from window and ended up getting illegal 700$ surcharge. Company put us in a rough spot by refusing to send someone over before to give an official estimate.
**Avoid at all cost** Never seen such unprofessionalism on any company!!! My girlfriend and I schedule a moving over a month before the plan date for 8am in the Morning. If I could rate 0 star I would. As a property owner i politely asked them to move their truck to free up my entrance for my parking lot (40 unit appartment) and they went off like crazy people on me, cursing and swearing and threatening me. Absolutely no respect for anything and should not be working in this field.
Worst company ever. Couldn't give a zero. Too bad. The movers were insulting, late, lazy and not careful. Kept taking smoking breaks. Forcing us to give a good tip otherwise they would increase the total with extra fees. We had to lift things in order to go faster.
