In their own words
I feel compelled to share my appalling experience with this moving company. Not only were they nearly two hours late on moving day, but they also caused significant damage to my washing machine, which is worth over $3,000. Faced with this damage, I tried repeatedly to contact them to find a satisfactory solution. However, it was clear they were completely unresponsive and showed no interest in resolving the issue properly.

A very bad experience with the moving company "Déménagement Puissance". In the middle of our move, they presented us with a highly questionable bill, threatening to take our remaining belongings back to the truck if we didn't pay immediately. Even after we signed and paid the bill under pressure, they still refused to finish the job properly. We had to call the police to get them to complete the unloading. Such practices should not be part of a professional moving service.

The movers were friendly and responded quickly. However, after I sent a photo of my belongings, they gave me a written estimate of $250—I ended up paying $600, even though they told me the trip went smoothly. When I contacted them, they said it was because of a sofa in the living room (I have a small Structural Tube sofa). They didn't leave it in the living room but in a bedroom, unpacked, and it's lightweight.

Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional service. Inappropriate language, everything was left upside down in storage. A big zero!
Dear Ms. Sylvie Critchley, I cannot find your name in my client database, and I would appreciate it if you could remove this negative comment, which clearly concerns another company.

In their own words
Our movers, Martin, Marc, and Sébastien, were very professional, punctual, and friendly, and we were especially impressed by their speed. As they say, "Wow, they really know how to work!" Communication during the move was very clear. They made sure everything was protected. Everything arrived intact. I highly recommend them!
We had an exceptional customer experience with a fantastic team! From the initial consultation and ordering to the move itself and the final invoice, everything was perfect. The five movers assigned were true professionals who worked together seamlessly, both amongst themselves and with us. They were conscientious, efficient, proactive, and incredibly customer-focused.
Alexandre, Carl, and Kevin are pros, reliable, and efficient. They brought bags for the bed and sofa and also helped me disassemble my bed. I will contact them again in the future for another move without hesitation.
We moved out a week ago and the team was very efficient and professional despite some lift related issues they did their best and still made it in record time Thank you to Carl, Juba and Martin you guys were great
