Terrible service. The company got our moving date wrong. After we called them, they promised a team within the hour, but the team finally arrived almost four hours later. We had booked a team of two movers, but they forced us to bring a third person at our expense to load our appliances, which wasn't included in the original contract (they didn't charge us for this in the end). One of the movers used our bathroom and left drops of urine on the toilet seat and the floor, making it extremely dirty.
Worst experience ever. 8 hours late (I was told the staff had an accident with the truck that morning), they said they would send a team "as soon as possible." They folded my mattress in half even though it fits perfectly up the stairs. They tried to change their arrival time to 4:00 PM (when they arrived at 4:40 PM), they tried to charge me for a minimum of 3 hours (even though the contract states 2), they had no regard for the floors of my old apartment, they soiled the bathroom (urine everywhere), and then I…
I do not recommend this company. First, the movers arrived an hour late. We had a second address to pick up some items (a 40-minute drive away), and it took them an hour and a half to get there, during which time they charged us, saying they didn't take a break. The language barrier also created communication problems; we had to leave some items behind, and now we have to rent a vehicle to go back and get them! In total, the move took 10 hours (from a two-bedroom apartment to a house), it was endless.
I do not recommend this company's services. The movers arrived an hour late, and the move was extremely long (10 hours in total for a 4 1/2 apartment to a house!). We had items to pick up at a second address, a 40-minute drive away, which took them an hour and a half to get there, without any explanation. The movers also misjudged the truck's loading capacity, which means we now have to rent a vehicle to pick up the remaining items at the second address. They also damaged some of our belongings.
Terrible service. They arrived four hours late, without warning, claiming they had a flat tire. I had to call to check on the service. When the movers finally arrived, there were only two of them, and they were incredibly slow. They weren't …

Excellent experience with this company. Very professional and friendly too. We moved from a two-story house with a large backyard and shed. We opted for the 26-foot truck, and they carefully wrapped each piece of furniture to prevent damage and to avoid scratching the walls while moving it. They were efficient and quick, while also being very careful with our belongings. They even stripped our bed and remade it upon arrival, which saved us a lot of time!
I received excellent service from Royal Moving. They were kind, punctual, quick, and efficient. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them!
I'm very satisfied with my move. The guys had excellent teamwork and very good logistics. They were attentive to my needs, my furniture was well protected, and the entire Jefferson team took great care with the equipment.
