Terrible service. My belongings were damaged by the movers. They never called me back about it after asking for a photo of the damaged items. They said on the phone that they charge for transportation; about 30 minutes if you stay within the same city, but they ended up charging me for a full hour of transport, even though it was only one street away. The team wasn't serious; they were chatting amongst themselves instead of doing the job while my meter was running. I definitely don't recommend them!
This company moved my 80- and 85-year-old grandparents on June 22nd. What happened was an absolute disgrace. To empty a simple 4½ apartment and move it just four blocks away, it took them 11 hours (from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Of the three movers present, only one actually worked while the other two spent their time smoking. The result of this slowness and blatant lack of professionalism? Several pieces of furniture and valuables were completely smashed, to the point of having to be thrown away.
