DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I rented from here years ago and when I moved all of my stuff out of storage I even signed the paper saying I was no longer going to be renting a unit. They emailed me every month with new charges for over a year (even though they were already renting the unit to someone else less than a month after I moved all my stuff out of it) and I already signed the release form and took the lock off the storage unit. I called several times so they would stop trying to send me bills.

I would not recommend renting from Derrells, I talked to this place monthly, was told if I made payments on my storage I would not lose it, I paid 750.00 on June 5, 24 I had spoke to a lady and had told her that everything I owned in my entire life was in that storage, I told her I didn’t want to lose it and she said I would be fine as long as I called and made payments, I explained that I lived on social security and got paid at the end of every month she said ok so when I got paid again I called to make a…

I went to pay 3 months like always and was greeted by an irritated lady because they were closing in 10 minutes and didn't want to take a payment because she had already closed out and it was an inconvenience. I have worked customer service for the last 12 years and know that you have to take a customer up until your actual closing time. I have been with this company since 2013 and have never had so much disregard . Very disappointed and disrespect towards me.

We stored our motorhome here for years. Paid for a year in advance. Then they sent us a letter saying we had to move out within 10 days or they would sell our RV because they are converting the spot to mini storage. Over the years they have been incredibly rude and don't care about their customers. If you have any choice, go somewhere else!
I am a new customer and as my wife was renting a new unit, a lady from the office was very mean, racist and aggressive. We are planning to rent for a while and will still be renting. This lady was too rude to new customers. This is unacceptable.

I’m thankful to have found Derrel’s mini storage when I did. The previous storage place I had just seemed to keep increasing prices and Derrel’s came to the rescue, beating out the size and price of storage space. The management team Melanie and Rob were super easy going and awesome to work with. They assisted us in finding the best unit and price for our storage needs. Melanie was kind enough to email me pricing in advance when requested and was very communicative and proactive when I showed up in person.

Since I first called to get details for the service, Josh was very helpful, friendly, he understood what were are my needs and provided with the exact solution for my storage needs, he offered to guide me once I went to the office. Once I went to the office, Storm, and Josh helped me with the setup and provided me with all the needed information and also extended their help if I needed anything from now and on. Storage place is clean, secure and very accessible at very reasonable price.

Derrels has been a great experience so far. I called them in the beginning of the week for a specific storage. Unfortunately they did not have any at that time. They did have a waiting list. So I went on the waiting listen and believe or not today they had a storage ready to go for me. They give you different payment options for you choose. They let you view the storage if you want before getting it.
