They broke my 65" Tv. They didn't crate it; they just threw a blanket over it. My item was mishandled and they did not inform me that they were not crating the TV. They offered me $250, but that means I would still have to come out of pocket to replace my tv. I will not accept the $250 on principle. I would rather tell everyone I know to BEWARE! How long have you been in the moving business?!
Monday, March 22, 2021 We have reviewed customers request. There is no physical damage done to the TV also the model of the TV shows it is min of 5 years old and is 60”. After going to depreciation value we are requesting to give $250 just for good faith. That is much more than actual value of tv.
Would NOT recommend this moving company. Items were damaged and the crew did not seem to care. Was very disappointed with the service provided as I did quite a bit of research and found them to have 5 stars on Yelp. This crew was 1/2 of a star. Do not use this company.

Pack It Up Movers was very easy to work with. Scheduling the move was easy and they were very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. On the scheduled move day, they called 20 minutes out to let me know they were on their which was very appreciated. Upon arrival, they didn’t waste a second! I was amazed and impressed at how quickly and efficiently they worked! They wrapped and transported our belongings with thought and care. I highly recommend! The movers were polite, on time, professional, and personable!
A really great moving company! I was given a very fair price for three guys and they went above and beyond. They even assembled my brand new couch from Big Lots. The only issue I had was they broke the motor by accident on my adjustable bed base and I let Jas know and she issued payment for a brand new motor. She was very quick about the entire process and they want to make things right. She didn’t fight me at all about it. The one thing I noticed about this moving company is they really care for your stuff.
The best moving experience I have had. Jaz (administrative staff) quoted me fair, transparent prices for my move. Another shady company quoted me almost double. She was understanding that I needed some time to book and didn’t blow up my phone weekly to “check-in” (AKA trying to make a sale.) That was a big plus for me. For reference, I moved from Turlock to Sacramento. On moving day, the two gentlemen moving my items showed up on time. They were polite, conversational, and had great humor.
I used this company in my previous move and they were great so I ended up calling again them this time. From the very beginning everything was very professional. Jaz responded immediately to my request. He gave me the estimate and we sat up a moving date. He confirmed the day before the move and all looked good OMG! Those guys are AMAZING!
