Well, I was pretty impressed with this facility when under Cube Smart. Since Devon took over there has been no one walking the storage unit halls as before during the day. Also, the public bathroom is absolutely filthy. Has not been cleaned in months. Further, I came today to remove items and the elevator is broken for the second time in a week. There is no access to/from the upper units outside of the elevator.

When I first got Devon storage, it was a promotion for about $34. (Maybe a couple years ago ) This past December, 2025 they raised it up to $152.59 which included insurance. Now it turns out they’re raising it again effective July 2026 to $178.08 ! ! ! I think they’re punishing me because I complain. They just arbitrarily not offer any other services, they just will send you a bill and tell you that it’s gonna be raised up the next month.

Trash piles accumulating for now going on over a month now covering people’s units. No paper towels or toilet tissue in the public restroom for weeks at a time… have to bring your own. Constantly raising prices and office staff is barely ever available. Going down hill fast…. Very disappointed. I have been attempting to call several times to the office and to get this resolved to no avail.

This place was upscale when it was storhouse. Now under new management cheap elaminated signage... The security door to get inside doesnt work and it used to be temp controlled now there are humidifiers taking up space in the already narrow hall

Rent raised year over year with no value added. So called "climate control" is non-existent. This outfit is a money pit!
