Update as of July 3: I discovered a pest infestation in my unit on June 26. Josh, the property manager, is now on vacation, and Scott is filling in—but refuses to take any responsibility, saying it’s all on Josh. When I stopped by to let him know an inspector would be coming, he was dismissive, nonchalant, and even made a snide remark about me forgetting my access code. Very unprofessional. NSA Storage may be affiliated, but they have no idea what’s going on at this location and operate completely differently.

It's cool but the price almost doubled since I had it. It's a outside unit I'm in the moment of looking for a cheaper one for that size. But online say the unit is still the same price as I was paying when i 1st got it.

MY PERSPECTIVE HAS CHANGED I thought the rates were competitive. Everything appeared fine and reasonable at first. Management was very helpful, I gave 5 stares and was very pleased. Now, the rates go up and up. Around 30% more in the first year with two rate hikes. No longer a good deal. I feel like I am being schemed out of money and the only thing I can do is move all my stuff.

Constantly raising the rent. Rent has increased 3 times so far for 2026 and when you ask them for the reason, they tell you it’s because of “property taxes” like this is crazy.

Very friendly staff easy to register clean facility no issues checking in I also have the option to do no contact check in accessibility to storage unit is nice location of facilities customer service is prompt and storage units are promised as advertised I will definitely use this again and will recommend to anybody
