The worst experience ever, so unprofessional. Let's begin with the person in dispatch taking down the wrong address of where we were moving to and flights of steps. I knew this would change the quote but was told no big deal. Of course once they finished packing the truck which by the way was the wrong size ( yes they came with too small of a truck ) the movers got attitudes because the 3 hour job extended because the address and flights of stairs were taken down incorrectly.

Everything was going well until the last piece of furniture was moved. Anthony and Brandon carried night stand in house and Joelle was in truck. I stayed outside as thought would only be a minute and could finish up with the bill. After few minutes I went inside and Anthony and Brandon were coming down my stairs from second floor. After they left and bill was paid I looked in an area they were not to have access to and didn’t need to be.

Not happy at all with their moving services. Hit my walls several times, didn't put drawers back in dressers, put furniture in wrong rooms without asking.1 guy moved so slow I actually started carrying things myself to the truck and I'm a 52 yr old woman ! Quickly had me sign tablet with signature before I had a chance to check all the damages done to my items. I was tired of arguing with manager/owner about the lack of help and enthusiasm I was seeing. They were there and I needed it to be done!

This delivery driver drove off our neighbor's lane and split the branch of our apple tree. He then proceeded to lie about it after we watched it happen. It then took almost a month to discuss damages, where the owner insisted that we were lying. As if any of us would waste our time. FedEx, UPS and Amazon use the same lane to make deliveries and they don't cause problems. I should be writing 5-star reviews for them. You can do better.

The workers were appallingly rude to my crippled grandfather. They even pushed him over while carrying furniture into their truck.
Joseph, I am sorry you are displeased but there seems to be a discrepancy as I believe you may have the wrong company. Making Moves PA prides itself with friendly staff and would never consider or stand for the acts being accused.
We had them move the big furniture and there was not one piece of furniture NOT damaged. Wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

They took very good care of our home and furniture. They padded the walls and floors first and talked over how they were going to move everything with each other. They were very polite and respectful. They took the time to speak with my 88 year old mother. They were very efficient and kept moving.

Movers communicated all delays and estimated arrivals. Movers were professional and great problem solvers. I used this service for a long range intrastate move, from a house to a storage unit and they strategized how best to use the space in storage. Movers were very friendly.
