My stuff was ruined by mouse poop. They did nothing about it and didnt even apologized. Why pay to store your stuff at a storage unit when you will just have to throw it out anyway?
I did offer you an apology, I went out to your storage room and apologized. Since they started construction next door we have ramped up are pest control program. Usually if there's a pest problem it means somebody was storing food near. … More
Rip-off on boxes! I bought a whole bunch of boxes, and the lady who sold them to me said if you don't use them, you can return them wirh the receipt. So, I showed up with my leftover boxes (unused) and with the receipt in hand and then I was told by some guy kid "oh, I'm sorry, we can't refund those because it's more than 30 days." She/main lady didn't say there was a 30 day limit.
Spoke with Dave for storage quote. Just a quote. 10 minutes later I received a text where he booked a uhaul with my number. I called he apologized. Cancelled it but couldn’t send me confirmation. I had to call Uhaul to confirm fraudulent activity. Just be careful folks!
Hi Ted, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. After seeing your review, I spoke with Dave to find out exactly what happened, and it really just comes down to an honest mistake. To clarify, Dillon Road Storage also rents U-Haul trucks as an authorized U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer.
I called to rent an utility trailer, I was asked a hundred questions before Alfred would even confirm if they had any trailers at this location. I suggest the broomfield location, they have great service there.
You reached our after hours call center and they asked a lot of questions to make sure it's a good hook up. The most important thing is your safety. Thanks for your understanding from Dillon Road Storage.

From first contact to last,, Ariana & Dave were super helpful and friendly. Some examples: offerred us free use of truck for first 30 miles, notified us when we didn’t lock the latch on the storage unit, held onto the locks we left behind until we could pick them up, and best of all, answered the emergency number after hours when our car was trapped behind the main gate. Highly recommended.

Great service! And I worked with Heather, and she was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and helped me get setup with everything, in a very timely fashion! Just a couple things do not use bill pay to pay your bill the check will never get there! Call and charge over the phone, let them direct withdraw it from your checking, or drop off a check in person! Thank you very much!
