I would give them a zero or even negative stars if I could. Never do business with this company they will juice the time for max payout, damage your personal belongings and not even finish the job. My parents are elderly and I was out of town so they hired the company to help them move. They showed up on time is the only plus but then they delayed some work for a paperwork to be signed so they stopped all work.
We are sorry. Your experience most certainly doesn’t align with the high standard of service we aim to deliver. Without insights like this, All My Sons Moving and Storage cannot improve. To gain deeper understanding of the specific issues you faced, please give us the opportunity to speak with you.
I would absolutely not recommend this moving company to anyone. If you are looking for a reliable team and honest pricing, look somewhere else. The entire process was plagued by incredibly poor communication. It was difficult to get straight answers leading up to moving day, but the real nightmare started when the crew actually showed up. They completely low-balled me on the initial price quote just to get my business.
We deeply understand that your expectations should not only be met but exceeded. Unfortunately, we acknowledge that we have not fulfilled our goal of going above and beyond for you. We sincerely apologize for falling short of providing the exceptional service you deserved.
I had a terrible experience with this moving company and would strongly advise others to stay away. First off, they charged me $800 to move just two TVs, dinning table and a couch, which is already unreasonable for such a small job(12 minutes from point a to b) . But what made things much worse is that after the move, I realized an item was missing from my garage—and it was there before they arrived.
We believe that you, as our customer, deserve the utmost care and attention. We understand that the process of moving can be overwhelming and demanding, and our primary aim at AMS is to alleviate those burdens for our valued customers every time.
The workers sure can carry heavy weights .But with something less weight they were careless and caused a lots of dents and scrathes throughout my houses (both house).Also when we call they will say they have insurance and all, but the insurance is 60 cents per pound , no matter how precious it is to you.They said they will sent someone to repaint it, but i couldn't get hold of them for that and decided to hire someone else to get it done myself with professional painters.They were even careless on how they handled…
DO NOT HIRE!!!!!! BEWARE!!! Don't do it!!!! Shop around. "Owner Nick" sells you on a great plan. But movers are lazy and complain. Dragged my king mattress through dirty water in parking garage. AND THEN WHEN I REACHED OUT NO RESPONSE. TELLS YOU THE KIND OF PEOPLE THEY ARE. DONT DO IT. Don't get Angelo. Yawns the whole time and makes his Spanish speaking helper do everything. PATHETIC. He should work at a desk. Go to home depot and hire guys from parking lot. Better luck and way better customer service.
Hired All My Sons to pack and move my small townhouse to move 5 minutes away. It was the 31st of May. The lease was up. I have two sons and a dog. I wasn’t moving much furniture as I was donating it. You would think at $259/ hour this would be seamless. They made it as difficult as possible. Maybe you can trust them to move a mattress across town? Like a Craigslist guy. Not a moving company. I booked a month ago. The “boss” offered to pack the kitchen for free. I was thrilled. Then they arrived.
We are deeply disappointed that we have failed to exceed your expectations while using our move services, and we extend our heartfelt apologies, Jill. Providing exceptional service has always been at the core of our mission.
⭐ 1 Star I would strongly caution anyone considering All My Sons Moving & Storage. I called ahead to get pricing for moving several large game tables: a brand-new pool table, an 18-foot one-piece shuffleboard table, an 8-foot ping-pong table, and an 8-seat poker table. These items were being delivered in a 40-foot container with no assistance from the driver, so I specifically asked the representative if their truck would have the necessary equipment, including a pallet jack and tools to handle the job.

I have used All My Sons twice. The first time in 2021 was wonderful: speedy and reasonably priced. I was expecting something similar the second time, but found myself getting screwed. I was charged $1750 to move everything in the photo plus a bed and a Webber Q grill 10 miles. I'd be tired, but i could have done the entire move myself with my pickup truck in a day. The fuel charge for the 10 miles was $275. They also charged a couple hundred bucks for packing materials.

I had a fantastic experience with All My Sons. I booked them to move me from one 2 bed apartment to another 2 bed apartment 20 miles away. From scheduling to planning to answering questions and finally the moving - this team made everything so much easier. I asked a lot of this moving team. Admittedly, I was woefully underprepared for my move, everything was gross and dusty and I was still packing while they were trying to move me.

Had a pretty good experience in the end with All my Sons. We live in Fort Collins and picked this company specifically because they have a shop just around the corner from where we are moving to but we were surprised to find our movers actually came from Boulder. Supposedly, the estimator had messed up the numbers and what was needed. We ended up running out of supplies (ask them to bring a bunch of extra).
