I tried to hire them to get a couch moved. They were supposed to show up on Friday and never showed, so I got in touch with somebody, the owner I think, and he said they tried to call me and I didn't answer. I never got a call and I told him that, so he sent me a screenshot of the phone calls and they were calling somebody else. He had given the movers the wrong number. He said they would come the next day and I asked when and he said he didn't know.

I cannot, in good faith, give this company a 5-star rating. While the movers were courteous and handled my items with care, there were significant issues with their service. Truck Size: The truck provided was labeled as "large," but it was not sufficiently sized to accommodate the contents of a 3-bedroom apartment, contrary to what was indicated on the booking site. Packing Issues: Despite being informed about all items to be moved, the movers struggled to fit everything on the truck, citing problems with packing.

Absolutely wonderful from the second I called to the minute they were done. I spoke to Harry and he was great at communicating rates with me and what the process looked like. I now know why every single rating is 5 stars. Service with a smile!!! Honestly they were late, but they did call. Not only was I glad I lived on the second floor, can you imagine. I’m glad and they came did it!. Show up protected my furniture, and they were awesome!! Thanks for everything!!!
Dolphin moving was a great company to work with. From the beginning, they were very communicative. The response time was great and discussing our needs and our budget, Dolphin was understanding and flexible. They were extremely accommodating when our move date was changed. The two gentlemen that showed up were extremely professional and worked quickly. My only complaint was that because I could only afford three hours of their service, I felt like I had to help them move everything to get it done in time.
