In their own words
I called this company in June 2023. I had such a rude experience with the manager. Her name is Nikki. I would avoid her at all cost. She was rude and completely dismissive of my needs. I refrained from putting a review up until I started seeing some of the other negative reviews. I did not end up using this company because of Nikki and I wasn’t interested in having my yard destroyed.
Thieves…Refused to refund my deposit. The manager is currently contacting me through my phone and engaging in harassing behavior. I am utterly astonished by the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this company. Nikki, in particular, has relentlessly called me four times, subjecting me to verbal abuse in each instance, necessitating me to terminate the calls.
Called them a couple times sent them the pictures they requested and never heard back from them it’s been almost a month! If I could give 0 stars I would. At least have the decency to let someone know instead of ghosting them
If I could give this company 0 starts, I would. We were promised IN WIRITING the entire process was a price, come to find out that they left us without completing the job. They only take CASH and ZELLE, no wonder... which will be reported to the business bureau. Not only are the employees rude but also do not take accountability or finish the job. Wouldn't even move a box with them let alone a shed.
I had a very disappointing experience with Shed Movers of Florida. We paid in full for a shed relocation, but the company has failed to complete the job as promised. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.
This is absolutely not true. I listened in on the call when you were told there was an extra charge for the extra work. We don’t do things for free. We offered our minimum charge to come out and do the extra work.
Very Expensive $1400 for 135 Miles… $1.00 a mile $200 cash deposit through one of the cash apps and the rest in cash… I did not use them, they were absolutely too expensive, but they were very nice. Once these people found out, I put a …
A little confused with this review Elly, as you are scheduled for September 1st and already paid the deposit....
Nikki which represented herself as the "owner" when I asked to speak to someone that could answer questions as to blocking and strapping clearly, not only didn't allow me to speak and ask the questions I needed but was extremely rude, …
I got a price of 300 to move a shed in my yard but had to cancel now they say 500 to 800 Would not recomend them to any one
Dear John, It’s clear that you are mistaken. We don’t charge $300 for any jobs. Our minimum charge is $350 only for smaller buildings. … More

In their own words
John and tony did an excellent job were very helpful. Even with less than ideal ground conditions they handled it all very fast and professionally 5 stars and i will always ask for john and tony for any future work
John and Ken were on time and professional. They were able to fit the shed through a tight and steep angle which was pretty impressive. Great job!
John and Ken delivered our shed for us. They were informative and helpful. They were communicative and got in and out in no time.
Great customer service. Heather in the office was extremely tentative and thorough. Movers/drivers were fast, efficient, and made sure my shed was placed exactly where it needed to be. Very rarely do I leave reviews but felt as if I had to on this as I just rarely see a business ran this well! Thank you Shed Movers Of Fl!
