Thank you for reaching out with regards to your negative experience during your move. I am embarrassed that you had to submit to this while your move was going on. Moving is stressful, and we work hard to minimize that, however in this case that did not happen.

We've moved many times within Canada and are experienced dealing with moving companies. Without question East Coast Movers is one of the best companies we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They came to our rescue with our most recent move (due to a disconnected number with our booked mover). They showed up when promised, were professional, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to use them again.
