I have had this storage for years never had a problem everything was Fabulous I never went to my storage often only to check on it went on weekday to check on it my Fine Art was stolen out my storage they claimed they had no recording showing I was at the storage that’s weird left and came back with my husband and the art was back in my storage watch out it’s a cover up. Sad because I also thought they were GREAT Hmmmm. Still no footage of me going up there. Wow!!

They took the time to communicate clearly and helped me come to a resolution that worked for both sides. I'm opening my second space here! these are the only people that I trust! Today Ever is helping me, he is very nice and fast and considerate! he showed me two spaces and I liked them! Super easy process with Ginny she helped us out so much. Military friendly with a great price
I'm updating my rating for the second time. I had lowered my rating to 2 stars because of billing increases. However, I was contacted by management and adjustments were made. There was a minor mix-up the next month, but management reached out to me and immediately took action. I highly recommend this storage facility.
