The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 18 | 94.7% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 5.3% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Top Load Movers were fantastic for my move today from Corona Ca to Pico Rivera Ca ! Ricardo, Jr, and Bryan were on time, super professional, and handled everything with care nothing damaged. They worked fast, stayed positive, and made a stressful day easy. I’d highly recommend Top Load and this amazing crew to anyone!

Great experience with Top Load Moving! Ricardo, Belinda, and Carlos were professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear, everything was handled with care, and my belongings arrived safely and on time. Highly recommend their team!
Top Load Moving knocked it out of the park for my local move! Ricardo and Bryan showed up right on time, handled every piece with care, and worked fast without cutting any corners. They were friendly, professional, and made a stressful day feel easy. I’m beyond impressed with the job they did—everything arrived in perfect condition. I’ll be recommending Top Load Moving to anyone who needs reliable movers. Thank you!
I am not sure where to start. We have moved 4 times and have used different movers every time. Top Load Moving has by far been the BEST moving company I’ve used. They were so nice, very efficient, kept everything safe and clean, and did a great job putting items into rooms that mimicked our previous home. Outstanding service and I highly recommend! Thank you, Rick, Carlos, and Belinda!
