I thought long and hard about leaving a review because I feel sometimes bad reviews are a very cheap and easy form of complaining. I however feel that people need a PSA about this company so potential clients don’t have to go through what I experienced. Long story short it was the worst moving experience I have ever had. The U-Haul truck they showed up in was my first red flag.

Ended up finding out my appointment was not booked because I didn’t agree to an email - I had requested 4-5 hours with a specific date and time, got a quote, wrote back great what are next steps and got told there is a 3 hour minimum. When I followed up a week or two later, was told I didn’t respond (to the non question email) and therefore they couldn’t help. I’m now scrambling to find movers less than two weeks out. When I called to follow up, the email they sent said they’d look into it.
I was surprised to see two young man show up to my door I became worried they did not put everything I asked to put on the truck they took smoke breaks they scratched up a mirror dresser that belong to my deceased mothers, one side is all scratched up I don’t know what happened to it and I’m just disappointed.
If you want most of your boxes crushed and half of your stuff broken - then hire these morons. They crammed our belongings into a storage unit without thinking that maybe …

This was the smoothest moving process I've experienced. Easy Days is a great local company. They are kind, friendly and responsive. Thorough and careful with moving items.
I will recommend Ryan and his crew all day long every day, what an experience. Ryan set it all up for me, super fast response time, professional and efficient. His guys showed up not only to work as hard as they did, but they also did it with a smile. There was a lot of stuff to move and they did it all, friendly, courteous and s7ch a pleasure to be around, and boy do they know what they're doing, I never knew you could pack a truck that well as they did.

Easily 10 🌟 Josh & Tim were absolutely amazing. I booked both a load and unload. I went from a second floor in a house to a 3rd floor apartment no elevator and these guys were nonstop barely taking a moment to rest in between very heavy furniture. They did an amazing job securing fragile items in the truck. I highly recommend asking for them and I will most definitely be recommending them to anyone I know that can use this service.
