Bad experience. I used them twice, the first time was good, the second time not so much. I had the box in storage for over a year. We received it and it had a mice infestation, with poop all over our belongings and furniture and chewed through leather bags, blankets, etc. they said in response that they perform pest control, and that’s why I have insurance. Well clearly not enough pest control and it’s not $500 worth of damage to warrant a deductible.

They placed their largest box on my driveway with 3 1/2” x 6” blocks under the corners, resulting in 4 depressions in my driveway which they have taken no responsibility for. They can ignore me all they want, but I’m not going away. I have emailed the operations manager and have received no response. I think it’s total incompetence to place a piece of wood the size of a brick under such a large, heavy box.
The moving experience itself gets 3 stars. The drop-off went fine. The move missed the pickup window, but got picked up on the correct date. The pick-up was terrible - they forgot to come pick it up, never picked up the phone or responded to voicemails. The customer experience brought it down to 1 star. I was surprised with a charge 1 week after dropping off the pod. After calling in, I was told that it was to "ensure the contents of the pod".

CALL ELSEWHERE!! They quote you a price over the phone and then rush to send you a contract to sign with hidden fees and "accessory" charges. When I called to ask the explanation the rep. said she is not able to explain one of the 5.00 fees. To many other companies around to order from.

When they delivered box to home they did not put box on lifts as requested by condo association. We had to repair ruts in driveway. On day of delivery we were told delivery would be between 1-3 pm. After making a call, they told us it would be 6:00 pm. Would never use this company again.
